Students who study both languages = B
Students who study French = F
Students who study Japanese = J

B = 4% of F = 0.04F

Is F>J ?

Statement 1:
B = 16 = 0.04F

We don’t have any further info to make a link between F and J. Insufficient.

Statement 2:
B = 10% of J

So, we now have:

0.1J = 0.04F
F = 2.5J

Therefore, we can conclude that F>J. Sufficient.

Choose B.
