Best Schools for a 1 year mba

Hello,

To tell you very briefly about myself, i am a 38 yrs old(from India) with a 15 yrs work experience, i am commerce graduate, i am currently contemplating a one year break from work to study a 1 year MBA program to better enhance my academic qualifications & probably look at a career change. I currently live in Dubai but would be keen to do my MBA outside of here.

Please let me know what would be the good MBA schools to consider who offer a 1 year MBA program & are yet cost effective, that have a good standing in my CV.

What will be the order for same for a guy having 6.5 years in IT industry looking to settle in a role of Product Management in big IT firms such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon etc in India.
