IMO Answer is E.

1) d=11.9
c + e = 12.1
c = 9, e = 3.1
c = 7, e = 5.1

N.S

2) d=9.9
c + e = 14.1
c = 9 , e = 5.1
c = 7.9 , e = 6.2
NS

combined: No new info.

BTW: Are they integers by any chance?
