Robin driving

While driving on the express way, did Robin ever exceed the 55 ml / h speed limit.

I. Robin drove 100 miles on the express way
II. Robin drove for 2 hours on the express way

OA is E. I choose C. I think it because of avg speed, right ?

Statement 1 gives you the distance of 100 miles
Statement 2 gives the time driven = 2 hours
So the speed is 100miles/2hours=50 miles per hour
So we know that the average speed of the trip is 50 miles per hour, but we don't know whether he constantly drove at this speed or exceeded / decreased the speed during the trip.

So, choose E
