If the sum of n means sum of all the terms then answer is C.

Avg = sum of terms / number of terms

Statement 1 - Avg = 3124 / number of terms - Insufficient

Statement 2 - 4 = 3124 / number of terms - Insufficient

Combining 1 and 2 we get: 4 = 3124 / n
