First understand that the median will be one of their sales totals since there are 5 (odd number) of salespeople.

Bob (360) is current median sales.
If Ann booked one of Cal's sales, then Ann's number will come down and Cal's will increase.
Since we're told the new median is 330, and Ann will still have a higher sales total than Cal, Ann must be the new median. If Ann is the new median, then the incorrect sale must be 120 (450-330) So the correct arrangement is below.
