i m assuming t-4 is actually t^1/4

v^2 and t^1/4 are all positive no. so for v2m3t-4 > 0 m should be greater than 0.

A says m> a positive no, so m>0 so suff.

similarly B,m>a posityive no so suff.ANs D

But if it is t-4 ans will be C

Apologies, formatting the qn properly,

If vmt ≠ 0, is (v^2) * (m^3) *(t^-4) > 0?
(1) m > v2
(2) m > t-4
