In the 285 games of 'Hearts' San played, he had registered 141 wins. How many more games of 'Hearts' does San need to play and win, in order to register 50 percent wins overall?

B. 9

I think this needs to be reworded to " how many more games does he need to win than he loses.." otherwise there are an infinite number of solutions.

Based on how I believe you meant this question to be interpreted, the answer is likely 3
