Is y – x positive?

Is y - x positive?

(1) y > 0.
(2) x = 1 - y.

no info about x. INSUFF
(2) x = 1 - y.
x+y = 1
Let x= 2, y=-1
y-x = negative
Let x= 0.5, y=0.5
y-x is not negative.
Hence INSUFF

Combining:
Let x= 0.5, y=0.5
y-x =0 is not positive.
Let y=1, x=0
y-x = 1 is positive.
INSUFF
