Answer: C

Solution:

Let’s first express the height of the tower in inches. The height of the tower in crowns is 70, thus the tower is 70 x 10 = 700 inches tall. Next, let’s convert inches to scepters. Since 1 scepter is 14 inches, the tower is 700/14 = 50 scepters tall.

Answer: C
