Since the question wants an answer in percent, we necessarily do not need actual values.

Let's take each statement one by one.

(1) The ratio of the number comics of Flash, Batman and Superman, in the library is 2 : 7 : 5.

Given, the ratio of the number comics of Flash, Batman and Superman in the library is 2 : 7 : 5, on the ratio scale, the total number of comics = 2 + 7 + 5 = 14, and the total number of comics on Batman = 7.

Thus, percent of all comics on Batman = (7/14)*100% = 50%. Sufficient.

(2) There are 14 Batman comics in the library.

We do have any information about the total number of comics. Insufficient.

The correct answer: A

Hope this helps!
