The sum of the prime numbers from 0 to 10 is:

2 + 3 + 5 + 7 = 17

The sum of the prime numbers from 11 to 20 is:

11 + 13 + 17 + 19 = 60

The sum of the prime numbers from 21 to 30 is:

23 + 29 = 52

So C/3 = (17 + 60 + 52)/3 = 129/3 = 43.
