If |x| < 4 , what is the value of x ?

1. x is an integer divisible by 3
2. x is an integer divisible by 2

One important property one must remember is

Zero is divisible by all numbers except itself.

|x| < 4 means x lies between -4 and 4 on number line.

x is an integer divisible by 3

-3,3,0 - these three are divisible.. Hence INSUFFICIENT

x is an integer divisible by 2

-2,0,2 - these three are divisible by2 .. Hence INSUFICIENT

Combining:

only 0 is divisible by both 2 and 3.
