Okay I have a question about this.....

It's been a while but if i remember correctly the "-" only applies to the Rise or the 1 of the 1/6...

So it is read "-1/6"

Am I correct?

Although my friend says I am wrong and that the "-" applies to both the 1 and the 6.........thus making the answer wrong as well....

One point to rember here : when slope is negative it always slpoes down from left to right and intersects II & IV quadrant.

Statement 1 is sufficient.

From 2: it only says it cuts the ordinate @ -6.
It may cut I or II quadrant .Insufficient.
