Is it true that k/m > 1?

(1) k and m are positive numbers smaller than 1.

(2) m/k < 1

1) If K and M are positive integer and smaller than 1. it does not give any information
about which one is greater than another. so "NOT Sufficient".
2) if m/k < 1. then m/k can be -2.( if one out of them is negative then
the fraction will give negative value), then k/m = -1/2, which is still less than 1.
So, "NOT Sufficient".

(1) If k = 0.1 and m = 0.2, then k/m = 1/2 < 1
If k = 0.2 and m = 0.1, then k/m = 2 > 1
No definite answer; NOT sufficient.

(2) m/k < 1
If m = -1 and k = 2, then k/m = -2 < 1
If m = 1 and k = 2, then k/m = 2 > 1; NOT sufficient.

Combining (1) and (2), we know that k and m are positive numbers smaller than 1 such that m/k < 1; SUFFICIENT.

The correct answer is C.

But sir, in 2) it is not stated that both of m and k will be positive.
