Hello,
I am 26, male, Pakistani. Having done B.S in Engineering from a top national school (Admission success rate of 1 out of 13 applicants) with 3.04 cgpa. Elected class president, president of cultural, dramatics and entertainment society and experience of teaching high school maths to under-priveleged children in a village nearby my university.
I was hired straight out of university by a Multinational FMCG giant for Future Leaders program, after one year of rotation in various functions - supply chain, finance, marketing and sales, i chose to be part of a new evolving Modern Trade Function within sales. Although an usual choice for an engineering background, i have been promoted twice. Currently leading a 50 million+ account for the company. Total work experience of 4 years.
I have made a decision to pursue an MBA from a top rated school, my immediate post MBA career plan is to either go for consulting for FMCGs in D&E markets or to get into a Fortune 500 FMCG company's marketing function (brand management). Most importantly, i want to change my location post MBA.
I started to prepare for my GMAT a month back and now in practice tests i am scoring 670-690 consistently. Shall be taking it in Feb 2013.
A caveat is that i would only be applying to schools that offer a loan for tuition fees without a co-signor.
The schools i am making my mind for are:
1. Insead,
2. Kellogg's (2 year full time program)
3. Chicago Booth,
4. Duke Fuqua
Please advise if i am the right fit for these schools and if i should add any further schools into my list.
