Let a be the multiple of the ratio.

1. $2a-a=5 \Longrightarrow a=5$

$w+x=a+2a=3a=3(5)=15$. Sufficient $\Large{\color{green}\checkmark}$

2. $3y-2w=35$
$9a-2a=35$
$a=5$

$w+x=3a=15$. Sufficient $\Large{\color{green}\checkmark}$

Therefore, D
