A) you want to say the passing of cyber laws, so put those segments together.

B) Correct

C) The concerns did not lead to building they led to the creation of new laws

D) Same as A

E) Same as A and D

Hi Jim, i tried understanding your explanations on this question compared to that on the posts below (i) The rapid rise in the number of motor-vehicle related fatalities

First, "The passing of an Act" also correct compared to "The passage of an Act"?

Second,
"The passing between 1990 and 2010 of an Act" ...is wrong while
"The passing of an Act between 1990 and 2012"...is correct?

Am trying to understand whether the phrase is wrong as it is and as reflected on your analysis of the above highlighted post or whether there are some missing gaps somewhere else.
