1.03 is a little bit BIGGER than 1
4.86 is a little bit SMALLER than 5
So, (1.03)(4.86) will be CLOSE TO (1)(5), aka 5

So, 60.2/(1.03 x 4.86) ≈ 60/(1.03 x 4.86)
≈ 60/5
≈ 12

Answer: B
