The speed of the rocket is 41400 km/hour. To convert it into m/s

(41,400 * 1000) / (60 * 60) = 11,500 m/s

We are given that the rate of a rocket is 41,400 kilometers per hour, or 41,400 km/1 hour, and we need to determine the speed in meters per second. Let's first convert kilometers to meters.

Since 1 kilometer = 1,000 meters, 41,400 km = 41,400 x 1,000 = 41,400,000 meters

We also know that 1 hour = 3,600 seconds.

So, our new rate is:

41,400,000 meters/3,600 seconds = 11,500 m/s

Answer: C
