The choices have made the Q very simple..

when can be |x|-4x be greater than 0..
NEVER when x is positive..
ONLY A is left..

Substitution:-
you can also substitute any value within the given range to check for answer
Example - put x as -0.5 for A. -1<x<0..
so |x|-4x = |-0.5|- 4*(-0.5) = 0.5+2 = 2.5 and it satisfies 0<|x|-4x<5

==> If x>0, it's not possible in 0<x-4x<5.
If x=o, it's not possible in 0<0<5 either.
If x<0, 0<-x-4x<5, 0<-5x<5, 0>x>-1 is derived.
Hence, the answer is A.
