540 score -learnings from experience

Hello everybody.
I know that my score is not high and for the majority would be true disaster. But I want to share my experience and conclusions that I got from it. Maybe it will help somebody.
First of all my background: I finished last year BA in English, have 1 year HR work experience.
I started to prepare for the test aprox 3 months ago. But first 2 months I was doing 4-5 hours a week of reading books and practicing Qs (mainly in CR, SC and RC).The last 2 weeks I speed up -to 3-4 hours in a day.
Preparing for Quantative I started 6 weeks ago. with 3-4 hours a week.
Now my conclusions:
1) Since I didn't do any Math tasks for almost 7 years, my practice of 3-4 hours (20-40 tasks ) for 5-6 weeks wasn't enough. I should have put more attention to it. For the begging is very good Kaplan and OG.
2) My mistake was that at the begging of prep I didn't make whole test - to see what parts of test I was weak. I began from assumption that I'm weak in Math and I started to review first what I was strong - Verbal part. if in that time I focused more on my weak side -Quantative - I'd definetelly get more!
-Get enough sleep before the test. made mistake that I took night train to the test centre city. I should have arrived in teh city 1 day before, so I hadn't been so tired after road.
-And interesting observation, I think in my case, as I was not enough strong in Quantative part, and in Verbal chapter my Qs were not so strong, even that I was very strong in it, and probably answered the biggest part correctly. So I assume, that there is good link benween this 2 chapters, and you can't just do bad in first part, and than answer Verbal and score high.
-The last - just practice, practice and once again practice. It bring more confidence and time management,as it's also essential. For me the AWA wasn't so difficult, but I was a bit slow in typing and forming sentences, so I could do better, if I made 10-15 AWAs. I did only 6-7, I think.

So, good luck for all of you!Thank you for this amazing forum, I found it extremely useful.
