Vitamin C

There have been lot of question regarding vitamin C usage as mentioned in my debriefing.

My Dad is PhD genetics and he told me this. I never bothered to verify the information, but some support is lent by https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vitamin_C. And furthermore there is also a book written about it.

Pelton, Ross (1986). Mind Food and Smart Pills: How to Increase Your Intelligence and Prevent Brain Aging. T & R Pub. ISBN 0936809000. see Chapter 3: Vitamin C, The Champion Free Radical Scavenger.

Hope it clears a lot of doubts.
