hi everyone..!!!
well i have a doubt on the usage of word "that", as per wren and martin, that should never be preceded by the preposition in the sentences,
for example,
customer: i think i might try the soup.
waiter: sorry sir,The soup's off.
customer: In that case, i'll try burger.
is underlined portion of the conversation between customer and waiter is correct..??
please help thanks in advance..!!!
