I'd really appreciate if some one can review my profile and suggest the schools I should consider applying. I was expecting a higher score in my GMAT based on my perfomabnces in the practice Tests. It was always between 720-740. However, I failed miserably twice in the offical exam (610 & 650).

Demographics:
Indian, 28, Male
Work Experience:
Procurement & Supply Chain Management - 5+ years ( 4+ years in UAE), Construction, Oil and Gas
Currently working as a Buyer with Abu Dhabi Government Organization. Youngest Employee in the Division. Average work experience of the peers is 10+ years.
Target Schools: INSEAD, Booth, Kellog, Ross, ISB , LBS (I do not think with this GMAT score I would be able to get in)- Please suggest the name of few schools where I have a fair chance.
Post MBA Goal: I'm not looking for a career change. Pretty happy with Procurement and Supply Chain environment. The main idea is to build up a great professional network and to develop a 180 degree understanding of management priinciples. The aim is to remain in Middle East.

Bachelor of Engineering - Electrical & Electronics, State Level Engineering College - 62.8%, first Class (No GPA System)
Certificates:
CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) - Level 3 and Level 4
CPP (Certified Purchaisng Professional ) - Awarded by APICS
PMP - Expected to complete the second quarter of 2014.

College Students Union Chairman 2006-07
Program Committee Chairman of All Indian Inter Collegiate Techno-Cultural fest Conducted by the College 2006-07.
Chief Organizer of Inter-University Football Tournament in 2006.
