But like is used for similarities.
Eliminate B, D, and E

We have only A and C left.

Is it A? It sounds way better

It comes down to A and C as you can eliminate the other on the basis of the usage of "like"..

As mentioned in Mitchs post - in that is the correct idiom.

OA should be C

we use "such as" to introduce examples so B D and E are out.
"in that" is preferable so C for me
