how accurate is the old powerprep from ETS?

I took an old powerprep practice test from ETS and scored 90th percentile. (720)
I know that GmatPrep can tell more or less exactly what score you will get, but can we say the same for the old powerprep?

It's reasonably accurate if you had never seen any of the questions before. Having said that, GMAT questions have become increasingly more complex over the years (longer sentences and passages, more layers of concepts, and the like). I would trust more the scores on the newer versions of the tests that were made available a couple of years back.
