Hi

I have my GMAT in a couple of weeks. Need advice on my strategy.

Mocks till date -

GMATPrep 1 - 710 (Q49,V38)
MGMAT 1 - 680 (Q47,V35)
MGMAT 2 - 680 (Q48,V35)
PowerPrep 1 - 700 (Q50,V35)
GMATPrep 1 (Retake) - 720 (Q50,V37)
MGMAT 3 - 690 (Q48,V36)

Target Score - 720+

1. I plan to take 3 MGMATs and GMATPrep 2.
2. Revise all SC and CR rules
3. Revise all (start in the reverse order) OG and Verbal Review questions - SC and CR
4. Quant - Focus on weakness (Inequalities, DS, etc) - Use Grockit
5. RC - Solve OG

Please let me know your suggestions. Let me know if I can do something better... :)

I need to BEAT THE GMAT!!!

Review and Redo all OG questions (esp SC and CR) do the same with Verbal Review.

Review both incorrect questions and correct question. Please check the below post on how to use OG

Take GMATPrep2 in a week's time and if you get the same verbal score +/- 3 points compared to your GMATPrep1 score then start practicing with the GMATPrep question documents floating in the net. Try to utilize it as much as possible and learn from it. You are already close to your target score, so all you need to do is to learn patterns, strengths and weak topics, where you need to guess and where you need to wait and make it right, strategy and timing. You can increase your scoring chances better solving GMATPrep questions compared to OG questions as they are tougher and more close to actual GMAT in style. When you are close to your test date, avoid other test prep problems for verbal and get in tune with OG or GMATPrep problems. Avoid taking full tests in the last week and be it any test take it with strict official conditions as in you should take with AWA + 8 min + quant + 8min + verbal - No change in this otherwise you will not gain stamina.

Hope this helps !!

If I have the time to revise either OG or Verbal Review, which one should I use for revision?

This is for sentence correction and critical reasoning.

Either of them is fine. If you haven't used any then you can go for that as you will be getting a new set of questions else both will serve the same purpose in revising.
