There are a variety of study plans out there (check out the Self Study plan on this site).
The plan that's best for you will depend on the amount of time you have, your target score, and your current abilities.

Cheers,
Brent

One thing that I have learned from experience is that no one size fits all. There are plenty of suggestions and recommendations on the net, but it's really up to you to decide what works best. That being said, there are a few rules of engagement which generally apply to most students. For example, emphasize quality over quantity. Don't blindly solve a ton of problems without going through the explanation for each problem carefully. If you keep in mind a few very basic tenets, such as the focus on quality, then you should be fine. Good luck with your studies and keep us posted!

no one can really answer your question, seriously. first all of answer the questions raised by brent. What amount of time do you have and NEED to study? 1 month, 2months, 3months or more??? the longer the better.
What is your target score? this means that u need to know which business school u would like to send ur application. some schools require 550, others 600 other 700, it depends on u. But i believe that when study one should aims at 700 (but it is just me,lol)
What is your current abilities? are you good in maths and english is a nightmare? then, u might need to spend more time studying the verbal section of the gmat and spend less on quant.then find the books you need and dont forget to chek out the self study plan and the Best how to study list on the website

this is just a starting point, from there u can draft a plan and post it if u want.good luck
ps: sorry about my english, im still learning
