Have you tried working out the RC passages that are available on the CD's that ship with Kaplan GMAT books? GMATPrep software should have some RC questions available. If you have already taken the GMATPrep test, uninstall the software and delete any directories that the program installed on your computer and reinstall the software again to get new passages.
Some other alternatives that I can think of: visit Business Week online and read through some of their articles and paraphrase each passage to get the gist of the passage. This has helped me quite a bit and gives you good practice and exposure to a variety of topics. You can also visit NY Times website and browse through the business section to improve your comprehension. Read the passages and also frame your question from the passages.
Hope this helps!
