Letters of Recommendation....Help please

Hi Stacey,

I have to get 2 recommendations.

Will it hurt me if I do not use my current boss, whom I have worked with for 1 year. But instead use my two previous bosses, I worked for each of them for one year each. All three are at the same organisation.

If you can provide a good explanation for why you are not selecting your boss, you will be fine. Just make sure you explain!
