That is a fantastic question, and one which I cannot answer. :)

When I studied for the GMAT I was consistently recommended the Kaplan Premier book, and I was quite satisfied by it. I have not reviewed the Comprehensive book, but I'm thinking you'll be sufficiently covered by purchasing just the Premier.

Good luck! Anyone else know the difference?

Thanks Eric
Just got a reply from a friend....Havn't verified this info yet....

Hi Ajay

Comprehensive is more of basic....

its for the starters who wanna start from the scratch.....

Premier edition is condense material for the advance stage which will give u some real dense good examples of higher level......

I hope this solves the purpose

Hi Friends,
I brought following 2 books

1] Kaplan Comprehensive 2008 Edition
2] Kaplan Primer 2008 Edition

I find content of these books are same...each and every problem....I'm bit frustrated as I brought both of them...

Only advantage with Kaplan Primer is that it has CD which has some practice sectional and full length tests....

Thanks,
Ajay

Thanks for sharing, and sorry to hear you bought redundant material after all. :(

So it seems like the only difference between the two is the CD...
