we are focusing here on parapsychology and is it a genuine scientific enterprise ?

if parapsychology adopts certain methods like controlled experiments then its scientific enterprise otherwise not...why option is generalizing it to any fields..

one condition true in parapsychology field may not be true in say astronomy. for astronomy to be genuine scientific enterprise, it needs to have controlled experiments + other conditions..hence i ruled out D due to out of scope.

Please correct my approach here.
