Veritas Prep 7 CATs

Hello,

I would like to try Veritas Prep CATs. Beat The GMAT says if we have 100 points, we can get seven CATs for free.
I have submitted my application request for the offer 10 days ago but still have not received any communication from any team regarding it. Am I missing anything for which I still have not received this?
