the best way to get practice at reading is by reading -- a lot.

pick up some magazines whose style is decently formal -- The Economist, The New Yorker, etc. -- and read. read like crazy.
you may also want to seek out some books from your local library or online.
if i were you, i would aim for a mix of fiction and nonfiction. the nonfiction will help you adjust to the kind of reading that you'll see on the test, since, obviously, all GMAT passages are nonfiction. the fiction, on the other hand, will help you understand main ideas/themes, underlying meanings/implications, and also verb tenses (since fictional stories tend to connect more events from different timeframes than do nonfiction narratives).

I haven't read even 1 book to the core.

you don't have to read entire books -- the point is that you need to read a lot in order to acquire fluency in the written language.

when you read -- mark any sentences whose structure is unfamiliar to you and/or confuses you. then, when you are done reading that part (do not interrupt continuous thoughts!), try to write your own sentences with the same structure.

What I can do effectively is Google Search software codes and write my own(I am a programmer if you can't tell).

well, you are on an MBA forum, so there must (hopefully) be other things that you can do effectively, too.

I am good in Math, but Verbal sucks

in this day and age, business involves lots and lots and lots of reading and written communication. the spoken language is obviously still important, but, thanks to the internet, the balance has shifted a great deal from oral to written communication in recent years.
