I took the GMAT software test #1. Should I review the test before I take test 2? My concerns are that I might see a question that I reviewed pop on on test 2. Or is test 2 made up of a completely different test bank? Thanks Brent!

Tests #1 and #2 draw from different test banks, so there shouldn't be an duplication there.

Cheers,
Brent

on a non related note, should i take the essay and IR if i'm taking a practice exam? Ultimately I'm only concerned about my raw score and I did take the gmat before and got a 5.5 on an essay. I never took the IR though because it wasn't available.

I think you should still complete the IR and AWA sections.
Among other skills, the GMAT tests your mental endurance. If you skip those sections, you will be more alert for the math and verbal sections, which means your scores may be inflated.

It's best to replicate the same conditions you'll face on test day.

Cheers,
Brent
