Hi everyone, I am here to write you a complain because today I presented my GMAT exam and just before starting the test the administrator told us: "Pearson VUE has not sent us any headphones and we do not have available, you can reschedule if you want". But I mean, nobody is going to reschedule the exam when you are about to start. They did not allowed us to use our own headphones either which made me very angry. The noise was not that disturbing but I do not think it is acceptable.

What solutions can you offer?

Thanks in advance,
Fernando

Hi Fernando,

We apologize that the test center where you took your exam did not have any earplugs/headphones to offer on the day of your exam. If you would like to file a complaint for your exam, please email GMAT customer service for your region, including your exam details. The proper email for your region can be found here: https://www.mba.com/contact.

If there is anything further we can help you with, please let me know.
