Hi,

I took the test last week in Lake Forest, California and we had a power interruption during the middle of the examination. I had already completed the analytical writing assessment, integated reasoning, and quantitative sections and was approximately 25% through the verbal section. The proctors waited approximately 1 hour for the power to return and then asked us to contact GMAC to reschedule the exam. I have talked to multiple customer representatives but have not received a satisfactory response. I was told that I would have a response by Monday morning; however, I was told today that my case has not even gone through review yet. Since I need to submit my test scores before Wednesday, I am writing to see if I can expedite the review of my incident. Any help is appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hello,

Please contact [email protected] and include either your Incident Report # and/or your GMAT ID. We can then escalate it to the program coordinators at Pearson VUE to see if we can get it expedited for you.

Thank you,
Jeremy
