Congratulations.
I think you should head straight for HBS, and not even look elsewhere. That said, do your research about what it is that you want to do. I'm sure you have at least a faint idea of what career path you want to take, or perhaps a particular sector you want to work with. Take your final decision based on that. Have great essays that effectively communicates your uniqueness and your chosen path, and while I know how difficult it is getting recommendations from India employers, I hope you won't have much of a problem securing good recomendations.
