Hi I have decisions coming out within days for a midwestern B school and would like to know if its customary for schools to take the highest score on each section from different sittings on the GMAT? Basically my scenrio is I did extremely well on Quant and Verbal, but on different tests. So the first time I took the test my Verbal was extremely high, but my math low, on the second sitting my math was extremely high but my verbal low. Would Business Schools do a pick and choose? Or should I simply not send in my new scores since the overall score on my newest sitting was significantly lower than the first sitting?

No, they only take the highest GMAT score. They don't take the highest score from each section on seperate tests.
