excluding Gmat prep and manhattan's prep test ,which other Tests are equally close to actual and how one obtain those.
pls suggest

It depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for good practice problems that will highlight some of your weaknesses, maybe take an 800score CAT. If you want a CAT that will simulate what you can expect to score on test day, there are no good tests for this other than GMAT prep.

The old version of GMATprep, PowerPrep, is still really good practice.
