Chugh, a jump from 630 to 730 is a massive increase. From what you said, it seems clear to me that you will get the greatest increase from improving your verbal. In particular, SC is killing you. There are 14 to 16 sentence correction questions on the test, so you may miss half or most of the SC questions. I think addressing this should be priority #1. Below, I've pasted the SC strategy that worked really well for me.
For my verbal prep I used ManhattanGMAT Sentence Correction guide, The Official Guide, and gmatfix verbal flashcards.

1) If you don't already have it, consider getting the ManhattanGMAT SC guide and go through its lessons.

2) Get the gmatfix verbal flashcards (you can evaluate some for free); these cards are broken down into SC subtopics, with each topic giving you loads of examples and pinpointed lessons on how the topic is tested on the GMAT

3) Once you can go through the flashcards for a particular topic without error, use the Manhattan guide to find the specific questions in the OG that test the topic you're studying. Practice those questions and study the explanations carefully.
On the math side, you clearly are very strong (sub-score 47, including 3 careless errors) so I would suggest that you take and re-take, delete and re-take the GMATPrep test multiple times. As I was preparing for my exam, I made it my goal to master every GMATPrep question. Although there are just 2 exams, there are at least 200 math questions in the software. Spend time reviewing each question; if any question gives you particular trouble, look for a full solution and explanation (you can find GMATPrep solutions on this website or at gmatfix site)

All that said, I still think that really working on your verbal is the way to go.[/quote]
