Combinatorics/Probability

The quant areas that I need to work on most are combinatorics and probability (in addition to data sufficiency, which I consider separate). I have the Manhattan GMAT Word Translations book, which is very helpful. However, the combinatorics/probability sections seem somewhat limited. If I master the strategies in this book, will that be sufficient to handle 700+ questions? Or would I be much better off buying the (expensive) Veritas Prep Combinatorics and Probability book?

In my opinion, combinatorics & probability is the least tested topic in GMAT. I've taken the GMAT twice and I only got 1 question in each test. Some people admit that they get around 2-3 questions.

In my opinion, buying expensive books just for combinatorics and probability is of no use. What i would suggest is to explore probability questions in BTG and specifically search for Stuart Kovinsky's explanations on probability (Before doing so, learn very simple basics from your high school math book or from the internet).
This is the topic i was struggling with initially. Later, i felt comfortable with the topic after reading stuart's explanations. It may work for you too.
