The standard fee of B.Tech CSE at LPU is 120000 INR per semester. However, I would like to mention that the FEE structure is relaxed and it totally depends upon the caliber of student. As this university provides numerous scholarships based on academic merits and non-academic achievements. So during admission ones proficiency decides which scholarship will be applicable and thereby fee is charged accordingly. As per the present guidelines of the university, qualifying LPUNEST is mandatory for admission to B.Tech. CSE and the candidate should have 60% in 10+2 with (English, Physics & Mathematics )
In LPU , B.Tech.(Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) programme is offered which has the duration of 4 years . It gives its graduates a competitive edge through robust curriculum and hands-on learning in niche technologies to develop competence which caters to the requirements of the industry. It primarily deals with the development and designing of computer software and hardware processes with strong focus on algorithms, programming languages, program design etc. Its an industry immersion which enable the students to keep pace with changing technological advances, the university has industrial tie-ups with various industries. Studying these courses as a part of the curriculum would provide a WILD CARD entry to industry.
The eligibility criteria is -
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST*. For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium or an equivalent subject. The programme fees per semester is 140000 INR , without any scholarship . It will be reduced up to some extent after qualifying test .
