GMAT helps to get financial aid?

Hello,

Does high GMAT score help to get financial aid in any universities for MBA? If it does, then...

1. What's the minimum score I should aim at?
2. Could you name few universities that do offer financial aid based on GMAT score? I'm not looking for top global 500... but medium ones.

Financial aid is seldom available in part-time MBA programs because it is assumed that you are working and have a n income. A high GMAT score (650 and higher) may help with getting financial id, but it would have to be combined with other factors in your favor. An average GMAT score is not likely to be of much help.

It is advisable that you consult the Official MBA Guide, a comprehensive free public service with more than 2,000 MBA programs listed worldwide. It allows you to search for programs by location (US, Europe, Far East, etc.), by concentration (finance, marketing, aviation management, health management, accounting, etc.), by type of program (full-time, distance learning, part-time, etc), and by listing your own criteria and preferences to get a list of universities that satisfy your needs. You can use the Guide to contact schools of your choice, examine their data, visit their web site, and send them pre applications. You can see lists of top 40 schools ranked by starting salaries of graduates, GMAT scores, and others. It's the best service available at https://officialmbaguide.org.
