Study Plan...?

I have about 6 weeks to score a 620 or higher on the GMAT. I have been trying hard to study, but with 3 little kids, it's very hard....!!! I wanted to know if anyone has a cram, 6 week study guide I can follow. I know it's not impossble, I have been averaging 550 on the GMAT CAT test I downloaded off the official site. I am awful at verbal. I am brazilian and English is not my first language.... I have been doing "okay" at quant but, I know I can do better. I'm looking at studing about 3 hours a day for the 6 weeks I have left.

Any study guide or advice will be greatly appreciated!

I have a full time job and kids. I can study for 3-4 hours a day at night.

That's perfect. What I would do is alternate days between verbal and math. Attempt to do 20 SC, 20 Cr, and 4 RC passages on your verbal days. Make sure you go through all wrong answers and make sure you understand why you got a question wrong. On the math days, I would attempt to do a couple of problems from each problem type each math day. For example, attempt to do two divisibility problems, two exponents, two geometry, two probability, two counting problems, etc.

that makes sense.. thanks!! Is it possible to increase my score 100 points in 6 weeks. I'm not shooting for a 700+ here.... just a 620

Its definitely possible. Improving the first 50-100 points is the easiest to do, improving after that is what becomes tricky.

I'm using the OG right now, any other materials I should purchase? Verbal is my greatest weakness....... I'm not native and it really gets me!

Maybe purchase a vocabulary builder and focus on learning the latin roots of words. Your biggest struggle will be understanding what the answer choices mean. The test makers like to have two answers that will be close except one of them will have only one word that makes the choice incorrect. Without a good handle on vocab, it will be difficult for you to spot this. Also, get a book for SC. Either manhattan gmat sc or powerscore.

I've read good feedback on the Manhattan SC book. I think I'll go with that one!
