x percent can be written as x/100

So, we get: (30/100)(40/100)(50) = (60/100)(x/100)(200)
Simplify all fractions to get: (3/10)(2/5)(50) = (3/5)(x/100)(200)
Expand: 300/50 = 600x/500
Simplify: 6 = 6x/5
Multiply both sides by 5 to get: 30 = 6x
Solve: x = 5

Answer: C
