Remember the following properties.
1/n(n+1) = 1/n - 1/(n+1).
2/n(n+2) = 1/n - 1/(n+2).
3/n(n+3) = 1/n - 1/(n+3).
4/n(n+4) = 1/n - 1/(n+4).
...
Then we have
1/(5*6) + 2/(6*8) + 3/(8*11) + 4/(11*15)
= (1/5-1/6)+(1/6-1/8)+(1/8-1/11)+(1/11-1/15)
= 1/5 - 1/15
= 2/15

Therefore, D is the answer.
