Hello guys, I have been studying GMATonly for a month, and I will take the test after a 5 weeks (i.e. on July 13). I have a trouble in the Verbal part. Even if I was good at math, but when the question gets harder and harder and if it is going to be Geometry, I will still have some problem working on it. I took only one Princeton's CAT test and my result was not that much interesting.
Currently I am a senior Computer Science student; I will graduate after two months and two schools accepted me just by seeing my undergrad result and some extracurricular activities. Even if they accepted me, in order to get a Financial Aid they need at least 600 in GMAT. So am trying my best to go up to 700 or 650.
And here is my plan for the next 5 weeks
1st week: I will study RC and Math in general.
2nd week: I will study SC and Math in General.
3rd week: I will study CR and Math, Geometry.
4th week: I will study Math and Practice questions not tests.
5th week: Practice questions and Practice tests plus SC.
So what do you recommend me about my plan? Please help me! I didn't know the GMAT was such a tough exam and I have it only 2 months. Even if I deserve the lowest result, but I have still time (2-4 hrs per day ) to study and score 600-700.

Thank you for your time.

What resources are you using? Using right resources definitely helps you in the actual exam. You may want to browse thru recommended study plans under "GMAT Study Plans" in Resources tab.

And one more thought. You've mentioned that you will be taking practice tests only in the last week of your preparation. In my opinion, you should start taking from the 4th week atleast if not from the 3rd week. Doing practice tests definitely helps you do well in the actual exam.

Remember to:

1. Take full-length practice tests (with AWA) under real-test conditions.
2. Analyze all questions after your practice tests.
3. Take GMATPrep without fail.

Thank you my friend. I forgot to mention that I will take at least one test every week. So before the actual test I will have at least 5 practice tests.

And I have found most of the recommended e-books. I hope the will help me a lot.
