GMAC Action.

by farooq » Wed Apr 29, 2009 12:41 am
Hi Friends,

Today one of my friend appeared in GMAT test and scored 710. Despite of getting this score he is little bit nervous, because during exam hours he found a bus ticket in his pocket and at the same moment he hand it over to the invigilator.

Invigilator documented the same and send it to the GMAC.

Will this creates any problem to him? Will GMAC takes any disciplinary action on this?

Thanks
Farooq

Why was your friend searching his pockets in the middle of the exam??

If this was at the beginning of the exam, as in, before he went into the testing room, then it maketh no difference.
Otherwise its upto GMAC to decide what to do.

Actually it was happened after the first break. After essay writing when he was again entering into the Exam room, the invigilator cross checked his pocket again and found that ticket.

Let's see what GMAC will decide.

Did the invigilator physically check the pocket?

When I went in, I was asked twice if I had absolutely anything in my pockets. They didn't ask me upon re-entering, but I didn't leave their sight.

No, after 10 mins break..he asked him to show all the pockets before entering into the room. At that moment unfortunately a bus ticket dropped from his pocket. It all happened at the entrance of the exam room.

Despite invigilator informed to GMAC.
